SOFT WASH SYSTEMS

Thinking of starting a soft wash business?? You are not alone, the soft wash industry is BOOMING!

We have watched this industry grow from its early genesis in about 2012 . It started in the upper Northeast US because of its effectiveness on algae and moss. It then worked its way down the Eastern Seaboard and really took off in South Carolina and Georgia and exploded in Florida. For a long time it didn’t seem like it would start moving west, but it did. And now its pretty much everywhere because there are many more applications for it than just roofs and buildings. We studied the early systems and applications and engineered our own system, and we are constantly striving to update and improve it as technology evolves. It is safe to say we build one of the top systems available today that is efficient and will perform well and not let you down on the jobsite.

Here is an overview of the actual system used,

“Soft Washing is just what is says it is….soft….wash. By using a mix of chemicals at a low psi/high volume stream, you can quickly wash roofs, houses, buildings and structures that a typical pressure wash system would damage or not clean efficiently.  It is great for removing moss, algae, and concentrated soils from brick, mortar, stucco, masonry, painted wood and may other surfaces. In recent years the applications have broadened and now operators that have our hybrid systems are using the soft wash system to pre-treat various pressure washing jobs and new applications continue to evolve.  There are 2 basic types of soft wash systems. Downstream or Proportioner.  A downstream system is a simple add on to one of our pressure washing systems. It is an affordable way to add soft washing to your existing pressure wash business. A proportioner system IS a stand-alone system, and better suited for either a full-time soft wash business or a hybrid business where soft wash will be used 50% or more.
